She was born in Larissa.
She studied dance at the High Dance School of D.E.T.PO.L and graduated as a qualified "teacher of dance"
Since 1989 she has taken part in the performances of Thessaly Ballet.
She has performed Giselle, Don Quihotte, Paquita, Le Corsaire, La Bayadere, Sylvia, Tchaikovsky Pas de Deux, La Fille mal gardee, Avanti Ragazzi, Bolero by Ravel, as well as a big number or classical and modern repertory. She has participated in seminars of classical and modern dance, in both in Greece and abroad.
She has represented Greece at the Eurovision Dance Contest as well as the National Dance Contest, EOPEX, in Athens, in 1999, where she was awarded the Golden Medal of "Superiority".
She also took part in the world Contest "Rudolf Nureyev", in Budapest, as well as in the one in Varna, in Rome, in 2000, where she was awarded the 2nd prize for "Seniors". Since 2000 she has been teaching for private dance schools and at the same tine at schools of Rythmic Gymnastics.
Since 2005 she has been teaching for the Municipal Dance School of D.E.T.PO.L in Larissa.
