She was born in Prague.
She received a rhythmical degree from the Supreme School of
Music and Descriptive Arts of Stuttgart. She is a graduate of
the Chladek System having as a schoolteacher the same well-known
dancer of the modern German Dance.
In the past, she was involved in "EFTONIA" of Gerda
Alexander as a kinesitherapy method and then applied the method
of holistic gymnastics of Dr. Ehenfried.
Since 2001 she is a member of the international Association
of Professional Holistic Kinesitherapy, which is based in Paris.
She also participated in many Rhythmical and Dance seminars.
She now works as a rhythmical teacher in the Professional School
of the State Enterprise of Athletic Activities of the Municipality
of Thessaloniki, in the Kafantari Professional School and in
the Higher Professional School of Dance of Larissa.
She also teaches courses of holistic gymnastics in the Small
German Folk University and in the "Alternative Passage"
in Athens.
