She was born at Nikea, Larissa.
In 2000 graduated the ARISTOTELEION University of Thessaloniki, a qualified teacher of Physical Education, specialized in Traditional Dancers.
In 2000, she also graduated GR. A.F.T.S, private School of Aerobic and Fitness, in Thessaloniki, specialized in Aerobic Fitness, Nutrition and Personal Training.
She has worked in several private Gym Institutes, as well in Larissa.
She has been teaching traditional dances for several cultural clubs in Larissa
Since 2003, she has been working for the Higher School of Dance of DETPOL teaching Anatomy and Traditional Dances
