Melpomeni Vassilikou is a choreographer and a dance teacher.
She graduated from the Supreme Professional School of Dance
of Despina Grigoriadou.
She was then further educated in Bulgaria and England. She was
taught in many private Schools of Dance and has cooperated with
many Municipalities of Greece.
She now teaches modern dance , technique and analysis of the
Hawkins system in the Supreme School of Dance of the Municipal
Enterprise of Tourism and Culture of Larissa; classical ballet
and rhythmical education in the Municipality of Stavroupoli;
body architecture, awareness and dynamic relaxation in the State
Conservatoire of Thessaloniki.
She has collaborated with the Musical Laboratory of Sakis Papadimitriou,
with the Municipality of Thessaloniki in amateur and professional
performances, with the Room Opera of Thessaloniki, with the
musical artistic team "Kroustofono". She has also
acted as a choreographer for the Thessalian Ballet.
