The Municipal Ballet School has at least
six performances around the year where the public is presented
with the result of the disciplined and full of quality work which
takes place throughout the year.
We need to mention that before the creation of the Thessalian
Ballet and the participation of the Professional Level Preparatory
Class in that, the Professional Level Preparatory Class would have
at least ten performances, many of which would have taken place
in many cities around Greece (Athens, Thessaloniki, Volos, Veria,
Trikala, Karditsa, Naoussa, Litohoro, Tyrnavos etc.)
The performance of "Giselle"
is going to stay in History, by Mr. Gesh Mihov,
Artistic Director in the year 1994.
The average age of the soloists as well as the corps de ballet was
14 years of age. That performance in Athens in 1995 saw a great
success and won the recognition of the public as
well as the critics.
